There are many ways to explore Zion National Park. Keep in mind that this is Canyon Country,
and many trails go along steep cliffs, so please be very careful.
Never throw or roll rocks, they may hurt hikers below you.
Flashfloods, often from storms miles away, present a real danger.
During unfavorable weather conditions, stay away from narrow canyons.
Remember that this is a desert, carry enough drinking water for everyone in your group.
Do not drink untreated water from streams or springs.
Also, protect yourself from sun and high summer temperatures, with sunscreen and sunglasses.
